Client Services Officer

Job Description

As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our clients, medical specialists and internal teams by:

Coordinate appointments and assessments – schedule assessments, manage appointment changes and ensure all required paperwork and information is completed ahead of consultations.Be the welcoming face of Next Health – greet and assist staff, medical specialists, patients and visitors, creating a professional and positive experience from the moment they arrive.Provide exceptional customer service – manage the telephone switchboard and respond to incoming enquiries, ensuring callers receive timely assistance.Manage communications – responding to enquiries within the Next Health inbox, and ensuring correspondence is actioned and directed appropriately.Work closely with medical specialists – communicate appointment changes, provide relevant information and assist medical specialists with the documentation and resources they need to complete their assessments.Maintain accurate records – ensure files, documentation and records are accurately maintained, organised and filed in line with Next Health standards.
