Legal Secretary - Top Tier Firm - Litigation

The Opportunity:
Join a nationally recognised full-service law firm in their commercial litigation practice. You will support 1 Partner, who is approachable and highly tech-savvy—along with a small team of lawyers. The firm is known for its stability, with an exceptionally low staff turnover. This role also offers an excellent work-life balance, including one day of work-from-home per week and minimal to no overtime. 
  
The Role:
You will provide support to commerical litigation Partner and a small legal team handling matters for their various clients. The Partner is down-to-earth and friendly, and the firm fosters a genuinely welcoming and collegial environment. Your responsibilities will focus on typical Legal Secretary tasks with very few personal assistant duties. These include:

• Monthly billing
• Diary and email management
• Court filing
• Liaising with clients
• Expense management

  
About You:
As this role sits within a top-tier law firm, you will need experience at a reputable law firm, and you will have supported up to the Partner level. The ability to work as a team and on your own when needed.
