Full-time permanent | Braybrook, VIC | $62,000–$68,000 plus super

HARA and HINU are two growing Australian direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, with an expanding wholesale presence and customers across Australia, the USA and around the world. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Fulfilment Coordinator to help run our day-to-day warehouse operations in Braybrook.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a small business, takes pride in getting things right and is comfortable managing their own workload without constant supervision.

Early in the role, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations while our warehouse lead is on planned leave. When they return ahead of peak season, you will continue as a permanent member of the team, helping us maintain an accurate, efficient and well-organised operation.

What you’ll be doing

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Preparing parcels, labels, manifests and outbound freight

• Receiving, checking, unpacking and putting away incoming stock

• Completing cycle counts and assisting with stocktakes

• Monitoring stock levels and replenishing warehouse locations

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse and production area

• Identifying practical ways to improve warehouse processes and productivity

• Taking ownership of daily priorities and escalating problems when necessary

What we’re looking for

You’ll suit this position if you are:

• Experienced in warehouse, pick-and-pack, dispatch, storeperson or fulfilment work

• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail

• Able to maintain accuracy while working to dispatch deadlines

• Confident using computers, shipping platforms and inventory systems

• Comfortable in a small business where priorities can change quickly

• Willing to help wherever needed rather than limiting yourself to a narrow job description

• Physically comfortable with an active, hands-on warehouse role

• Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a clean workplace

Experience in e-commerce fulfilment, stock control or small-batch production would be particularly valuable.

• Customer orders are picked and packed accurately

• Orders are dispatched within agreed timeframes

• Stock records and physical inventory remain closely aligned

• The warehouse remains safe, clean and organised

• Problems are identified early and practical improvements are suggested

• $62,000–$68,000 plus super, depending on experience

• Monday-to-Friday daytime work 7am - 3pm
