About the Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, you will lead Anglicare NT's Financial Wellbeing and Children's Services portfolios while providing regional oversight across Central Australia, Big Rivers and East Arnhem, helping shape the future of service delivery for communities across the Northern Territory.

This unique role requires a leader who can confidently move between organisational strategy and operational management, supporting services urban, regional and remote communities throughout the Territory.

You'll bring a strong strategic mindset, balanced with a practical approach to leadership. You will be comfortable leading through influence across multiple levels of the organisation, mentoring experienced regional managers, navigating complex service environments, and building strong partnerships with Aboriginal communities and key stakeholders. Success in the role will come from your ability to drive continuous improvement, develop high-performing teams, and balance people leadership, service quality and financial sustainability

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Services, Social Work, Community Development, Business, Management or a related discipline
• Significant senior leadership experience within community services, health, social services or a related sector
• Strong experience managing regional and remote service delivery models
• The ability to successfully lead across multiple portfolios, programs and teams
• Experience mentoring managers and developing leadership capability
• Strong financial, operational and strategic management skills
• An understanding of governance, risk, quality and compliance frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A genuine commitment to culturally safe practice and partnership with Aboriginal communities
