Casual Production Staff — Cosmetics Manufacturing

About the role

This is a casual production role in cosmetics manufacturing. You'll work on the production floor setting up equipment, running production lines, and working alongside the production team. The role offers approximately three months of full-time hours to start (8am to 4pm), with a genuine view to permanent positions for people who perform well and meet expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Filling, capping, labelling and packing on production lines

• Assembling cartons, cases and display units

• Setting up production equipment for each job — conveyors, labellers and batch coding

• Running fast, clean changeovers between products and pack formats

• Monitoring output and efficiency through the run and making adjustments on the spot

• Basic cleaning and line clearance between product runs

• Following batch instructions and GMP hygiene requirements

• Keeping your work area tidy and safe

About you

• Reliable attendance

• Ability to keep a steady pace and stay focused on repetitive work

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable standing for a full shift and with repetitive manual handling

• Previous production, warehouse or food manufacturing experience is a bonus, not essential

• Own transport is helpful, as public transport to the site is limited

• Capable of lifting 20kg occasionally

• Full working rights in Australia and able to pass a pre-employment check
