Head of Supply Chain & Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing the strategy for the end-to-end supply chain function, with a focus on building a scalable team that encompasses procurement, planning, operations, 3PL, and supplier relationship management. This role is pivotal in leading key systems improvements, enhancing forecasting and planning, driving inventory accuracy, and overseeing supplier quality and reliability standards. The Head of Supply Chain and Operations will also be instrumental in managing existing 3PL relationships and establishing new partnerships as the business expands into new markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling operations within a fast-growing, physical-product business, and must be adept at taking a supply chain from an immature to a mature state. They should be a collaborative, strategic leader with the ability to build sustainable systems for the long term, and have experience in growing e-commerce brands, preferably with international exposure. The role requires a hands-on approach to data and forecasting, a vision for the future, and the ability to work closely with the founder to translate strategy into execution.
