Customer Support role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, holding clients accountable, while also communicating with empathy and ensuring customers receive great service and support with every call.

This is a full-time role with growth opportunities within the business. Your starting salary will be $62,500 plus commission, plus super, plus car parking supplied.

You will be based at our modern office in Southport and there is no night time or weekend work required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and client portal

• Assist clients with matters relating to their current loan

• Accurately update customer records and notes in our CRM system

• Maintain a professional, calm and customer-focused approach always

About You

You’re proactive, professional, and understand the importance of fairness and clear communication in financial services.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Strong phone manner — confident, friendly, professional and appropriately assertive

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

• Calm under pressure and comfortable handling difficult customer conversations

• Strong attention to detail and good numerical aptitude

• Solid computer skills and confidence learning new systems

• Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability

• Experience in finance is not essential; customer-service experience in a fast-paced environment is highly regarded
