JST Air Conditioning is a growing, family-owned business servicing the Peel and southern Perth areas.

We’re looking for a quality, experienced technician to join our team — someone who knows their trade, can work independently and wants to be genuinely valued for the work they do.

The Role

You’ll be working across a variety of residential and light commercial A/C jobs, including:

• Air conditioning installations

• Split and ducted systems

• Servicing and maintenance

• Fault finding and repairs

• Electrical and mechanical diagnostics

• Customer service

• Digital job reports

• Working independently with support when needed

What We Offer

• $50–$60 per hour + super, depending on experience

• Fully maintained company work vehicle

• Company phone and iPad

• Good quality tools and equipment provided

• Monday–Friday — no weekends

• Flexible start and finish times

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Trade Qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic

• Full Australian Driver’s Licence

• ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• Police Clearance

• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

• Good electrical knowledge

• Ability to work independently

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Reliable and punctual

• Pride in your workmanship

• Full working rights in Australia
