Leading Hand

At Exclusive Earthworks, we are looking to onboard a Leading Hand for projects in and around Sydney.

To be considered for this job:

• MUST have minimum 5-year's experience in groundwork set out, formwork, concrete and industrial holding down bolt placement 

• Ability to read drawings/plans and specs

• Ability to prove that you have recent Leading Hand/Supervisor experience (minimum 5 year's experience)

• Must hold a White Card and other trade licences 

• Familiarity with WHS policies and procedures, 

• Must have own vehicle to travel to and from project sites 

• Australian permanent residency/citizenship (no working /sponsor visas)

• Demonstrated loyalty, hardworking character and autonomous

Tasks & Responsibilities 

• Reporting to the company Director/Site Supervisor 

• Provide site management direction including project management and administrative support 

• Be hands-on to ensure the project progress follows company expectations and ensure we are on schedule with our Head Contractor 

• Assist in maintaining and following company procedures

• Maintain site daily records (including ITP's and SWMS) 

• Overseeing project safety processes from start to finish ensuring all WHS obligations are met
