About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to join our ANZ team. You will be the trusted finance partner to our sales, marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams — turning numbers into decisions and driving profitable growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities
Act as the trusted finance business partner to ANZ commercial teams (sales, marketing, retail, e-commerce)Own the ANZ P&L — lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all channels and categoriesDrive financial planning & analysis (FP&A) — revenue, margin, opex, and working capital managementBuild business cases and financial models to support new product launches, pricing decisions, promotional investments, and channel expansionPartner with commercial teams on pricing and margin management, trade spend, and ROI analysisMonitor channel performance, customer profitability, and inventory financials; flag risks and recommend actionsPrepare monthly/quarterly management reports and business reviews for HQ and regional leadershipEnsure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial controlsCollaborate with Shenzhen HQ finance, supply chain, and cross-border teams to align on financial processes and reporting

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, or commercial financeProfessional qualification preferred — CPA, CA, CFA, or equivalent

Required Skills
Strong P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling skillsConsumer electronics, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry background is a strong plusSolid understanding of Australian accounting standards (AASB), tax, and complianceExcellent data analysis and Excel/financial systems capabilityChinese + English bilingual proficiency required (for HQ coordination)Valid full-time work authorization in Australia
