As Site Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and delivers high-quality outcomes for our customers.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with your team to drive performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This role contributes by: Leading daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, cost and delivery targets Supporting and developing a motivated, engaged and safety-focused site team Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and site procedures Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant performance, efficiency and productivity Identifying operational issues and implementing practical solutions through process improvements, training and best practice
About you: You have experience in manufacturing, production, industrial operations or a similar environment You're a hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, supporting and developing your team You have a strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence You can prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment You bring a practical, continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of working
