Production Administrator

Due to our growth domestically and overseas, we are looking for an organised, proactive Production Administrator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping a busy production environment run smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you will be an important link between production, procurement, quality, and management. You will help coordinate purchasing, logistics, records, and day-to-day support so our team has what it needs to deliver great work.

Procurement

• Help keep our workshop ready for action by coordinating the consumables, tools, raw materials, and project supplies our team relies on.

• Build positive working relationships with suppliers as you source quotes, raise purchase orders, and track deliveries.

• Keep purchasing information clear, accurate, and easy to follow by maintaining supplier and purchase order records.

• Stay across stock levels and raw material needs so production can keep moving without unnecessary delays.

• Work alongside the Quality team to support smooth receival of goods and well-managed documentation.

Logistics

• Coordinate transport and delivery schedules to help finished goods reach customers and project sites on time.

• Prepare clear packing lists and labels that support accurate, organised, and professional dispatches.

• Work closely with production and management to help meet delivery commitments and keep projects on track.

Administration & Coordination

• Keep workshop, plant, and equipment registers organised, up to date, and easy for the team to use.

• Provide practical administrative support that helps the production team stay organised and efficient.

• Be a friendly and reliable contact between departments, helping information flow clearly across the business.

HR Support

• Support workshop recruitment activities when required, helping welcome great people into the team.

• Coordinate training and maintain records that support employee development, safety, and compliance.

• Help create a smooth onboarding experience by supporting inductions and HSE compliance activities.

• You have strong attention to detail and take pride in keeping information accurate and easy to follow.

• You stay calm, practical, and solutions-focused when priorities change or things get busy.

• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and database systems.

• Experience in procurement, logistics, or manufacturing administration would be highly regarded.
