Accounts Receivable Officer

Ready to bring your Accounts Receivable expertise to a team where your work truly matters? We're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Financial Shared Services team on an initial 12-month, full-time contract primarily operating from the Joondalup office (Collier Pass) with additional location in West Perth.

As a key member of the team, you'll play an integral role in delivering efficient and accurate Accounts Receivable services, helping keep financial transactions flowing smoothly and supporting the wider business every day

What will you be doing?

• Manage debtor's ledger and reduce outstanding debt.
• Daily receipting and customer account reconciliation.
• Responding to customer queries and managing AR inbox.
• Manage ongoing billing activities.
• Support month end activities.
• Building and nurturing strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Other administrative and adhoc duties assigned as required.

What are we looking for in you?

• Accounts Receivable experience
• Microsoft Dynamics / FinOps experience is an advantage
• Experience with processing for multiple entities.
• Professional phone manner
• Attention to detail & excellent time management skills.
• Interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus.
