Strata Manager - Subiaco

We have a role available for an experienced Strata Manager located in our Subiaco Office.  Immediate Start.

Successful Strata Managers will be rewarded with a remuneration package including but not limited to:

Our Strata Managers are responsible for mixed residential and commercial strata portfolios and the duties include:

• Scheduling, attending and chairing all AGM's for your Strata Companies.

• Liaising with the Council of Owners, Owners, and Property Managers to cultivate good relations and ensure all expectations are being met.

• Following maintenance contracts through from start to finish and liaising with contractors to ensure this is done in a timely and effective manner.

• Maintaining and updating knowledge of the Strata Titles Act and other current legislation to ensure correct advice is provided to clients.
