Panel Beater – Full Time | Leichhardt, Inner West Sydney

We are a small, family-run smash repair workshop based in Leichhardt, looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our team on a full-time basis.

Our workshop carries out predominantly insurance and fleet repair work, focusing mainly on small to medium-sized jobs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys quality work, steady workflow and being part of a close-knit team.

The role

Your duties will include:

• Carrying out small to medium smash repairs

• Insurance repair work

• Fleet vehicle repairs

• Panel repairs and replacement

• Using appropriate repair methods and workshop processes

• Working with the team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• Experience as a Panel Beater

• Ability to work on small to medium-sized repair jobs

• Good attention to detail

• A strong focus on quality workmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

• A reliable, punctual and positive attitude

• Pride in producing clean, professional repairs

Trade qualifications are preferred, however we are open to an apprentice looking to grow
