Concrete Batcher

About the role

Exmouth Civil are seeking a dynamic and motivated Concrete Batcher / Plant operator to join our Civil Construction and Earthworks operation. This position is full time and based out of Exmouth. The suitable candidate will bring a mature, robust approach to this position and can expect a challenging environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately batching orders to specified mix designs through dedicated programs and systems
• Undertake essential day-to-day administration and reporting of the Concrete Batch Plant
• Allocate trucks to ensure the smooth operation of concrete to our customers
• General housekeeping and maintenance of the yard/plant
• Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching

About you

• Sound computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills
• A strong commitment to safety and the environment
• HR class drivers Licence
• Construction Industry White Card
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to effectively interact with Clients and Work-Crews
• Self-motivated and display initiative readily
• All relevant industry tickets and licenses
• Able to provide clear police clearance
• Working rights in Australia
