About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Process Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you'll deliver engaging training programs, support new hire onboarding, coach employees to success, and help build a high-performing customer service culture.

About You

You love helping others learn, grow, and achieve their potential. You're a confident facilitator who can engage a room, build rapport quickly, and adapt your style to different learners. Most importantly, you're passionate about developing people and driving performance.

You'll Bring

• Experience in a Contact Centre environment, ideally in a Training, Coaching, or Learning & Development role.

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of contact centre processes, systems, and customer service best practices.

• The ability to coach and develop individuals to improve performance and confidence.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Experience creating and maintaining training materials and learning resources.

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
