Pilecom Equipment is a specialist supplier of foundation construction equipment servicing customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations & Administration Coordinator to join our team and support our sales, purchasing, logistics and operational functions.
This is a hands-on role offering exposure to many areas of the business including sales administration, accounts support, inventory control, import administration, freight coordination and customer service.  This an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly and takes pride in delivering accurate work.

About the Role
Working closely with the management team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Sales and parts administration
  • Preparing quotations, purchase orders and invoices
  • Managing customer and supplier enquiries
  • CRM data entry and record maintenance
  • Accounts payable and receivable support
  • Weekly payment processing and bank reconciliations
  • Inventory and stock administration
  • Domestic and international freight coordination
  • Import documentation and foreign supplier payment administration
  • Liaising with overseas suppliers, freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Maintaining company records and filing systems
  • General office administration and operational support

Skills & Experience
Essential:

• Previous administration, customer service or office coordination experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport

Highly Desirable:

• MYOB experience
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Experience in logistics, freight, purchasing or import administration
  • Experience working within a small business environment
