Service Coordinator (HVAC)

Located in South-East Melbourne, a leading HVAC provider are hiring an experienced and highly organised Service Coordinator.

This is a key role supporting the Service Manager, technicians and customers to ensure our services and maintenance run efficiently whilst meeting operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate all scheduling and the allocation of commercial HVAC technicians.

·         Receive and triage service requests from commercial clients.

·         Liaise with technicians to understand job requirements, progress and additional works.

·         Communicate with customers regarding job status, access requirements, attendance times and completion.

·         Raise and manage quotes, work orders, purchase orders and subcontractor requirements.

·         Monitor outstanding jobs and ensure works are progressed and closed out.

·         Prepare and issue quotations for service and minor works.

·         Review technician reports and ensure all required information, photos and documentation is provided.

·         Assist with variations, additional works and monthly reporting.

·         Coordinate parts, equipment and materials required for jobs.

·         Ensure job documentation is completed accurately and on time.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate technicians and subcontractors, communicate with customers and keep jobs moving from initial request through to completion and invoicing.

Experience within the trade industry and with BC 365 or similar platforms would be advantageous.
