Earthmoving operator

Location: yard based in Virginia, ongoing work multiple sites across Brisbane
Employment Type: Casual for 3 months onto Full-time for selected employees
Start Date: Immediate start available

Big builder developers and I'm looking for guys as good and hopefully better than what we already produce, my business is seeking experienced Earthmoving Operators and a hardworking Labourers to join our team. If you are honest, down to earth, reliable, safety-focused, presentable and take pride in your work, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Operate excavators and other earthmoving machinery safely and efficiently.

• Complete excavation, trenching, grading, and site preparation works to top standard.

• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.

• Follow site plans and safety procedures.

• Complete daily docket books and simple weekly admin

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating earthmoving equipment with onsite trial.

• Current, clean driver's licence (HR Crashbox or Auto licence an advantage).

• White Card and relevant machinery tickets.

• Strong, honest work ethic and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

• Assist operators with excavation and site preparation tasks, if keen will also get seat time hen needed

• General labouring duties, including pipe laying, spotting, and site clean-up.

• Load and unload materials and tools.

• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment.

• machine/s greased and fuelled before leaving site

• Complete daily docket books and simple weekly admin

Requirements:

• Construction White Card (essential).

• Driver's licence and reliable transport.

• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.

• Experience in civil construction or earthworks is preferred but not essential.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Payrun and Super weekly on Tuesdays,
