Centre Manager/ Nominated Supervisor

Kids Discovery is a growing, award recognised name in early childhood education. Prestons is our boutique 47 place centre, small by design, big on quality, and we are looking for a Centre Manager who wants to lead a service where every family is truly known.

As Centre Manager/ Nominated Supervisor, you will lead a close knit team and hold day to day responsibility for the safe, compliant and inspiring operation of the centre under the National Law and Regulations.

You will:

• Lead, mentor and roster a dedicated team of educators

• Drive quality improvement against the NQS

• Ensure staffing compliance

• Oversee enrolments and family relationships, driving enrolment growth for the centre

• Champion a strong educational program aligned to the EYLF

• Strong working knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQF and NQS

• Diploma or Bachelor level Early Childhood qualification (or equivalent)

• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and manage a service

• A current NSW Working with Children Check

• Confidence leading a team and a genuine love for boutique, community feel centres

• A boutique centre where your leadership makes a visible, immediate difference
