LogicIT and Southern Cross Broadband are locally owned businesses providing IT support and internet solutions to residential and business customers throughout the Midwest. We're looking for an experienced and organised Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of accurate administration, organisation, and professional customer service. While you'll receive training on our systems, products, and industry, you'll bring proven experience working in an office administration or customer-focused environment.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying organised, solving problems, and supporting both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach.

• Manage phone, email, and in-person customer enquiries.

• Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars.

• Process NBN and Fixed Wireless internet service applications.

• Maintain accurate customer records and complete data entry.

• Prepare invoices and process customer payments.

• Manage administrative tasks and documentation.

• Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience in IT, telecommunications, or technical support is beneficial but not required.
