About the role
Kimberley Green Constructions is a proud locally operated building company based in Kununurra, Western Australia. With 30 years of experience, we deliver a wide range of private and commercial construction projects across the picturesque East and West Kimberley regions.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate building projects from start to finish. This role involves supervising trades and labour, managing project timelines, budgets, compliance and ensuring quality delivery across all stages of construction. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 8 years’experience in a project management role and building experience strong leadership skills and proficiency in using Procore or similar project management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects, ensuring delivery to plans, budget, and timeline.
Coordinate project schedules, procurement, materials, plant, and equipment.
Supervise and coordinate labour, trades, subcontractors, and materials.
Approve subcontractor agreements and manage labour hire as needed.
Ensure site safety and compliance with HSEQ standards
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Lead toolbox meetings and site inspections
Review as-built drawings and verify construction quality
Monitor KPIs and ensure timely project delivery
Required Qualifications & Licences
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a project management role
Experience using Procore or similar construction project management software
Construction Induction Card (White/Blue Card)
Valid Driver’s Licence

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and team members
Review as-built drawings and ensure construction quality and compliance
Problem-solve and make informed decisions under pressure
Estimate materials, costs and timelines accurately
Monitor site conditions, equipment and materials for safety and efficiency
Apply strong organisational, critical thinking and negotiation skills
Work both independently and as part of a team
