About the Role
Myndshift Group is seeking a reliable Trade Assistant to join a well-established mining services provider.
This is a hands-on workshop position supporting daily operations through general cleaning, stock handling and housekeeping duties. The role offers $38 per hour, a consistent 38-hour working week and the opportunity to transition into permanent employment.
This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace and is comfortable operating a forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean workshop bays
• Complete general workshop cleaning and housekeeping
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing stock
• Safely operate a forklift
• Assist with stock movement and storage
• Support tradespeople with general workshop tasks
• Maintain clean, organised and hazard-free work areas
• Follow all workplace health and safety requirements

About You
To be considered, you will require:

• Current High Risk Work Licence with forklift classification
• Previous experience in a workshop, warehouse or industrial environment
• Confidence loading, unloading and moving stock
• A strong commitment to workplace safety
• The ability to complete physical and hands-on duties
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Full Australian working rights

Previous experience supporting tradespeople or working within mining, heavy engineering, warehousing or manufacturing will be highly regarded.
