At Neurosensory, we've opened a brand-new clinic in Hawthorn East and we're looking for a Client Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our clinic and an essential part of helping people reconnect with the sounds that matter most.
This is more than just an administration role. You'll play a key part in ensuring our clients receive outstanding care from their very first interaction, while keeping the clinic running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
This is a permanent part‑time position, working Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The role is based at our Hawthorn clinic Tuesday to Thursday, and at our Wheelers Hill clinic on Fridays.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Client Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients and a trusted support for our clinical team. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating a warm and professional experience for every client
Managing the appointment schedule for our audiologists, including setting and rescheduling appointments for our clients
Supporting and increasing the efficiency of the clinic operations
Answering clinic phone calls and emails
Assisting with client and doctor enquiries
Processing accurate billing of appointments
Providing basic troubleshooting and servicing for hearing devices
Building strong relationships with clients and help guide them through their hearing healthcare journey
What you'll need to be successful in this role
Solid experience in client care and administration, ideally in a multi-site environment
Demonstrated experience working within a team environment and strong team building skills
A desire for continuous improvement
A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and lots of patience
Demonstrated judgement and advanced skills in the delivery of administrative services
Excellent computer skills
A warm, collaborative, can-do attitude
Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
Excellent problem-solving skills
