Ray White Derby is seeking an experienced, capable Property Manager to take ownership of an established residential portfolio of approximately 130 properties.

This opportunity will suit a confident property professional who takes pride in their work, values strong client relationships and is looking for the autonomy to manage their portfolio to a high standard.

Based in our Derby office, you’ll be an important local presence for our clients and customers, while being backed by an experienced Property Management and leadership team across our wider business.

THE ROLE

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of your portfolio, including:

• Managing an established residential property portfolio
• Building strong relationships with owners, tenants and contractors
• Coordinating maintenance and property-related matters
• Managing arrears, rent reviews, lease renewals and tenancy requirements
• Providing clear, professional and proactive communication
• Maintaining high standards of portfolio compliance and administration
• Working collaboratively with our wider Property Management team
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members where required

We’re looking for someone who is professional, organised and confident in their ability to manage a portfolio independently. Someone who loves creating the best possible customer experience.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
• Current WA Property Management Registration – essential
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Sound judgement and confident problem-solving skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work autonomously
• A high standard of professionalism and customer service
• Leadership, mentoring or training experience will be highly regarded
