We are seeking an experienced Operations Project Supervisor to lead the delivery of the City's Capital Renewal Program. Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, you will oversee a portfolio of civil and transport infrastructure renewal projects while leading a team of Project Officers and technical staff. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for project delivery, budget management, procurement, contractor performance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring community infrastructure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of the City's Capital Renewal Program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, financial reporting and performance monitoring across a portfolio of infrastructure renewal projects.
• Supervise, mentor and support Operations Project Officers and the Civil Engineer, allocating resources and building team capability.
• Coordinate procurement, tendering, contract administration and contractor performance to achieve compliant and value-for-money outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and community representatives to deliver roads, transport, drainage and other civil infrastructure renewal projects.

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience delivering civil, roads, transport or infrastructure renewal projects within local government, construction, engineering or similar environments.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience supervising staff, contractors and consultants to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of project management, procurement, contract administration and budget management across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and manage project risks.
• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline, together with a current C Class Driver's Licence and the ability to obtain or hold a current National Police Clearance.
