About the role: Location: Palm Beach Gardens 33410

We are looking for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) A Project Coordinator will fulfill multiple responsibilities. You should be able to work with project managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets and timeframes for projects. Project managers perform various coordinating duties such as scheduling and risk management.

Location: Palm Beach Gardens 33410: Per diem available

1-year contract assignment. (W-2)

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary

• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions

• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

• Manage current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, filed and stored

• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and goals

• Follow budget by managing expenses and implementing cost-saving measures

• Travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%)

• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools

Qualifications:

• Schedule Management (Smartsheet)

• Knowledge of MS Microsoft products.

• SAP knowledge

• Maximo knowledge

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $40.00/hr. to $45.00/hr.
