Maketing Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our team three (3) days per week and support Designcraft’s day-to-day marketing activities.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who has strong digital skills, an eye for design and an interest in furniture, interiors, architecture or the creative industries.
The Role
Working with our management and sales teams, you’ll assist with:
Creating and distributing EDMs and email campaignsManaging and updating Salesforce CRM, customer lists and marketing campaignsCreating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and InstagramUpdating website products, projects, news and other contentCreating simple graphics and marketing collateral using Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteAssisting with client events, product launches and industry functionsPreparing project case studies, presentations and promotional materialCoordinating photography and content for completed projectsSupporting advertising and other marketing campaignsMonitoring basic social, email and website performanceBringing fresh ideas and suggestions to improve Designcraft’s marketing and brand presence
About You
We’re looking for someone with previous marketing experience or a relevant marketing/communications qualification who is keen to develop their career.
You’ll ideally have experience with:
EDM creationSalesforce MarketingInstagram / Facebook / LinkedInAffinity design suiteWebsite content managementStrong written communication and attention to detailExperience in furniture, interiors, architecture, property or design would be an advantage, but not essentialMost importantly, we’re looking for someone who is creative, organised, proactive and willing to learnThe Opportunity
