Job Description

The Food & Beverage Duty Manager in Cleo will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and bar operations, leading service periods and supporting the team to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations during shiftsEnsure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionallySupervise, train and motivate front-of-house team membersMaintain service, presentation and brand standards at all timesEnsure compliance with OH&S, food safety and responsible service of alcohol requirementsSupport stock control, cash handling and daily reportingWork collaboratively with kitchen and hotel teamsSupport with hotel conference and events as required

Qualifications

About You

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Duty Manager roleStrong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to servicePassion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environmentAvailability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidaysVictorian RSA & Food Safety Certificate
