About the role:

Work closely with highly regarded Partners and senior lawyers across a broad range of complex matters, including disputes involving alleged breaches of directors’ duties, insolvency-related litigation and restructuring matters. Your role will also include:

• advising clients on strategy, risk and resolution pathways.
• drafting pleadings, evidence, correspondence and court documents.
• assisting with high-value and strategically important disputes.

The ideal candidate:

• Have 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring or D&O insurance litigation.

• Strong technical skills and a genuine interest in complex disputes.
• Commercially minded, proactive and confident managing responsibility. High energy, positive and keen to contribute to a strong firm culture.
