Project Sales Consultant - Property Developer

The Opportunity

Placd. is exclusively partnering with a highly regarded residential property developer on the Gold Coast to appoint a high performing sales professional to an exciting new project launch.

The opportunity will see you take ownership of sales across a new residential tower apartment that is positioned within a highly sought after price point and location.

The developer has a strong pipeline of further projects and upcoming tower launches, providing the successful candidate with ample opportunity to sell.

The Role

• Managing and converting qualified project enquiries
• Conducting presentations and appointments with prospective purchasers
• Building strong relationships with buyers and guiding them through the purchasing process
• Proactively following up leads and maintaining database engagement
• Negotiating and closing sales
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales reporting
• Delivering a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey

About You

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience in off the plan residential project sales or a strong residential real estate sales background
• A demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing capability
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive and disciplined approach to lead follow up
• The resilience and drive required in a competitive sales environment
