We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operator & Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role combining local deliveries with warehouse operations, making every day varied and rewarding.

 About the Role

This role combines local deliveries with warehouse operations.

When deliveries are scheduled, you will be responsible for safely transporting customer freight throughout Sydney. When you are not on the road, you will be an important member of our warehouse team, supporting day-to-day operations and helping ensure goods move efficiently through our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Duties

• Safely operate company van and 4-tonne truck

• Complete local metropolitan deliveries and collections

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

• Conduct vehicle safety inspections

• Ensure freight is delivered accurately and on time

• Provide professional customer service during deliveries

 Warehouse Duties

• Unload shipping containers

• Operate forklifts (including High Reach)

• Pick and pack customer orders

• Assist with receiving and dispatch

• Complete stock replenishment, stocktakes and cycle counts

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse

• Assist across all warehouse functions as required

• Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve daily service levels

 About You

You will be someone who enjoys being part of a team and is not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You will have:

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Minimum 2 years' delivery driving experience

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Experience operating High Reach forklifts

• Previous experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment

• Safe driving history

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to comfortably lift 10kg

• Commitment to workplace safety

  Highly regarded:

• HR Licence

• Experience with RF Scanners

• Experience within fashion or eCommerce logistics
