What will you be doing day to day?

Assisting with the design of roads, intersections, drainage systems, active transport facilities and other civil infrastructure using AutoCAD and 12D design software.Undertaking three dimensional model reviews and clash detection.Applying BIM and digital engineering standards across project deliverables.Preparing design calculations, quantities and technical documentation.Reviewing survey information, aerial imagery and existing infrastructure data.Supporting the development of concept, preliminary and detailed design packages.Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including traffic, structural, environmental and utilities specialists.Attending project meetings, workshops and design reviews.Assisting with responses to Contractor and Client queries during design and construction.Learning and applying Austroads, TMR and industry design standards.Participating in mentoring, technical training and professional development programs.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Civil) or equivalentPassion for learning and problem-solvingAustralian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen.Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
