We're looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our busy, well-established hospitality venue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating quality breakfasts and brunches, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen. Working independently, you'll take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring every dish is prepared to a consistently high standard while maintaining an organised and efficient kitchen. About the Role

• Full-time position (38 hours)
• Morning shifts from 7:00am – 2:00pm
• Weekend availability is essential
• Prepare and cook a classic café-style breakfast and brunch menu
• Manage breakfast service independently
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• 5+ years experience as a Breakfast Chef or Café Chef
• Chef or Commercial Cooking Certificate
• Confidence working independently during busy service periods
• Food costing menu design with change of seasons
• A passion for producing consistently high-quality food
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
• A current Food Hygiene/Food Safety Certificate
