AI Solution Delivery Lead

We have partnered with a large state gov organisation embarking on their AI journey. This a technical leadership role, design and build AI enabled solutions using CoPilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock

What You Bring (Essential Criteria)

• You've designed and built enterprise AI solutions, not just advised on them
• You've delivered agents, copilots, workflows or AI-enabled applications
• You have strong Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services experience
• You have experience with AWS Bedrock or AWS cloud-native AI services
• You can design solution and integration architectures across complex environments
• You've implemented APIs, RAG, knowledge grounding, vector stores or similar retrieval patterns
• You've technically led AI solutions through proof of concept, pilot or production
• You understand security, privacy, governance and Responsible AI implementation

What you'll be doing:

• Designing and building AI agents, copilots and automation solutions across Microsoft and AWS
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical architectures and integration patterns
• Implementing orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and knowledge grounding
• Leading integration with enterprise data sources, APIs and knowledge repositories
• Mentoring developers and solution builders, and providing technical leadership across POCs, pilots and production delivery
• Embedding security, governance and Responsible AI practices into every solution
• Supporting formal AI risk assessment and governance processes
