About the role
10x Visuals is a Gold Coast creative agency that makes real estate and brands look stupidly good on camera. Cinematic videos, killer branding, and digital marketing that actually does something. We're growing fast, we move quickly, and we have a strictly enforced "no boring" policy. You've been warned.
We need a Social Media Manager to own strategy and execution across a wide range of client accounts. You'll be building social presence, crafting content strategies tailored to each client, and running Facebook & Meta Ads campaigns that generate real leads, not just likes. One day it's a luxury property developer, the next it's a completely different industry.
Managing client social accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Building tailored strategies per client because copy-pasting is a crime here
Creating content that stops the scroll including Reels, Stories, carousels, and captions that convert
Running and optimising Facebook & Meta Ads lead gen campaigns
Reporting on results and presenting them to clients without making their eyes glaze over
Actually fluent in Ads Manager (not just "I've boosted a post" fluent)
A strategic thinker who can juggle multiple client accounts without losing the plot
A strong copywriter who writes for humans, not job applications
Comfortable in a client-facing role and based on the Gold Coast or Brisbane
