Siebritz Real Estate is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at our Mermaid Beach office. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our market presence in the residential leasing and property management sector. As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing revenue streams that support the expansion of our property management portfolio. This role is pivotal to our continued success and positions you at the forefront of business growth within our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential leasing and property management market

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals

• Create and implement business development strategies to increase market share and revenue growth

• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through networking, presentations, and consultative meetings

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients' needs and objectives

• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic business decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

• Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline progress, and sales performance

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Siebritz Real Estate

• Support the onboarding of new property management clients and portfolio expansion initiatives

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within real estate, property management, or a related industry

• Strong understanding of the residential leasing and property management sector

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic business plans

• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business objectives

• Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within the local region

• Preferred: Existing networks within the Gold Coast property and real estate community

• Preferred: Previous experience in property management or real estate services
