Demonstrated experience in facilitating therapeutic and/or psychoeducational groups, including the ability to manage group dynamics and maintain safe, respectful and structured group environments.
Experience in intake, assessment, screening and case management and/or counselling, including the ability to assess, identify escalation indicators and contribute to safety planning and risk management.
Applied knowledge of trauma-informed practice, including the impacts of trauma on women and children, and understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate interventions (when working with children)
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to complete accurate, timely documentation and maintain high-quality client records
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of information systems, including client management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and integrated service environment, contributing to coordinated responses for women and children
Flexibility and adaptability to work across locations and adjust to changing service demands
Current Western Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Working knowledge of current state and national FDV practice standards
Experience working within integrated service systems, including collaboration with government and non-government agencies such as child protection, justice, and specialist FDV services
