Job Description

With rapid growth continuing across Greater Geelong, the Colliers team is looking for our next superstar to train in Commercial Real Estate and work alongside our Sales & Leasing team in our central Geelong office.

Building on our recent momentum, you’ll work closely with experienced advisors to learn the industry from the ground up while helping us deliver outstanding results for our clients.

What you can expect:

• Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday hours—no weekend work required.
• Hands-on Experience: Assist across the full lifecycle of commercial sales and leasing, from sourcing and listing to negotiating and closing deals.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong connections with key account clients to build a solid market presence across Geelong.
• Pipeline & Market Strategy: Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and tenants while sharing market knowledge and insights.
• Marketing Coordination: Partner with our Marketing team to organise signboards, brochures, digital advertising, Information Memorandums and video assets.
• Property Operations: Conduct client inspections and assist with day-to-day listing management.

Qualifications

A little about you:

• Background: Ideally bringing experience from commercial real estate, residential real estate, B2B sales or property administration, with a strong desire to grow your footprint in the Geelong market.
• Drive & Mindset: A natural hunter who is commercially astute, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Communication: An excellent communicator who can build genuine rapport with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Licensing: Hold a current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate / Real Estate License.
