TDT Training Australia is a Registered Training Organisation which provides training and assessment to a diverse range of clients and students. With 28th Years of experience as nationally accredited RTO (Registered Training Organisation), we offer 50+ course in Transport, Logistics & Construction Industries, operating in six locations, i.e., Hallam, Sunshine, Sale, Bendigo & Ballarat, and Sandown. We are seeking the services of a passionate and experienced First Aid Trainer to join our team at Hallam (Head Office) and Bendigo in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your passion, experience in delivering quality first aid training.

About the role:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic First Aid Trainer and Assessor to deliver high-quality training to our trainees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in first aid, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This role requires flexibility and the ability to engage with a diverse group of trainees.

Duties Include:

• Lead and deliver group training sessions in accordance to industry standard
• Be vast and ready to work with clients across a diverse range of industries and sectors
• Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date and comply with industry standards and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress.
• Be part of a positive, supportive, and adaptable team
• Enjoy great working conditions and friendly work environment.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Selection Criteria:

As an experience and passionate First Aid Trainers, you will:

1. Have a current Cert IV TAE40116 or TAE40122
2. Must hold CPR and first aid units (HLTAID009 Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation & HLTAID011 Provide First Aid) with a proven training and assessment experience.
3. Have exceptional communication and presentation abilities, effectively engaging learners
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Flexibility to work on a casual basis, including potential weekend sessions.
6. Reside and hold full working rights in Australia
