Residential Solar Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Residential Solar Sales Consultant at SCE Energy Solutions, you will meet with homeowners to understand their energy needs and design solar and battery solutions tailored to their requirements. You will follow up quality enquiries, convert leads into sales, and build your own referral network to generate repeat business. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through to installation. As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to work on commercial solar and battery projects, significantly increasing your earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand their energy needs

• Design and recommend solar and battery solutions

• Follow up quality enquiries and convert leads into sales

• Work on commercial solar and battery projects as experience grows

About you

• Previous solar sales experience

• Motivated, driven and goal-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Professional and customer focused approach

• Current driver's licence

• Desire to build a long-term career with unlimited earning potential

• Base salary of $70,000

• Realistic On Target Earnings of $70,000 - $250,000+ per year
