What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you'll be supported and trained to become a confident automotive professional. You'll be involved in:

• Welcoming customers and providing outstanding service

• Booking vehicles in for servicing and repairs

• Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated

• Explaining service and repair requirements clearly

• Preparing customer estimates and invoices

• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

• Learning the ins and outs of a busy dealership service department

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of automotive experience — we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoy helping people

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks

• A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail

Automotive experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right person.

The Hours

• 7.6 hours per day

• Flexible start/finish times between 7:00am – 6:00pm
