Jose Hospitality Pty Ltd are looking for a talented FOH team member for their beautiful venue, Stamford Park Homestead, in Rowville. 

The magnificent Stamford Park Homestead was built in 1882 by the entrepreneurial Row family as a Gentleman's Residence. The Homestead and six acres of grounds have been sympathetically restored, allowing it to once again become the ‘Jewel in Knox City’. The venue is renovated to add a function hall hosting 250 pax to an already existing a la carte restaurant for 200 pax and lawns for weddings and outdoor functions.

The operations extend from lunch and dinner to weekend brunch and high teas.

FOH:-Supervisors, Waitstaff, Runners

• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

• Coffee and bartending skills would be a plus

• Previous a la carte restaurant experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables

• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling

• A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests

• A current RSA

• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
