Epoxy Flooring Supervisor

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership position with clear responsibility for how work is planned, set up and delivered on site. You will work closely with the crew while taking ownership of daily coordination, quality control, safety expectations, communication with project managers and the overall standard of each completed floor. Key responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside crews applying epoxy, PU cement, polyurethane and other resin-based flooring systems.

• Plan daily site activities, allocate tasks and keep the team organised, safe and productive.

• Read plans, specifications and project requirements so each job is set up and completed correctly.

• Guide, train and support floor layers and assistants to maintain consistent workmanship.

• Maintain strong safety, quality and housekeeping standards across each project.

• Communicate clearly with project managers, complete required reporting and raise issues early to keep works on track.

About you

• Proven hands-on experience with resin flooring systems, including epoxy flooring.

• Previous experience leading, supervising and/or coordinating a site crew.

• Ability to read plans, follow specifications and organise work around project requirements.

• Clear communication skills and the confidence to direct, support and hold a crew to the required standard.

• Reliable work habits, strong attention to detail and a practical approach to solving site issues.

• Construction industry white card.

• Manual drivers licence and the ability to travel to project sites as required.
