About the role
Are you an experienced Operations/Customer Service co-ordinator looking for an exciting new challenge? GA PERRY is seeking a talented individual to join our team in Belmont. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Plumbers & Electricians, receiving our incoming calls, converting them into sales, and planning and scheduling the daily workload for our tradesmen. An organised, logical thinking decision maker would be the ideal candidate for the position.
What you'll be doing
Converting the incoming calls into job bookings, then ensuring prompt and efficient job scheduling of the same.
Liaising with customers, providing updates on the status of their jobs and addressing any concerns.
Invoicing of all jobs
Be involved in the inventory and ordering process to ensure efficient service department operation.
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.
What we're looking for
Minimum 5 years of experience, ideally in the Plumbing/Electrical industry, however not essential.
Some technical knowledge of the plumbing industry would be ideal.
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Familiarity with domestic plumbing/electrical regulations and best practices
