Join Courtyard by Marriott as a Sales Executive and play a key role in growing our Meetings, Events, Catering and Group Accommodation business. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys building client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Identify and secure new group, conference, meeting and catering opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, BEOs and invoices.

• Conduct professional site inspections and client entertainment activities.

• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure successful event delivery.

• Manage event details from enquiry through to completion.

• Communicate event requirements and updates across relevant departments.

• Monitor group functions to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

• Utilise strong negotiation and sales skills to convert opportunities and maximise revenue.

• Maintain accurate records within sales and event management systems.

• Support the hotel's service strategy and act as a brand ambassador for Courtyard by Marriott.

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel sales, events, catering or conference sales.

• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

• Hospitality studies highly regarded.
