Customer Service Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive, "can-do" attitude to join our supportive team based in High Wycombe, WA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our High Wycombe branch. You will be the first point of contact for customer and subcontractor enquiries via phone, email and in person, providing a high level of service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch.

Working closely with warehouse staff, subcontractors, transport providers and the wider operations team, you will coordinate bookings, track stock movements, process payments and maintain accurate records to ensure projects run smoothly. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, strong organisation and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

You are someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll bring:

• A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience in a customer service, administration or coordination role.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems (experience with Suite 360 is highly regarded).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A professional and confident phone manner.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Previous experience within the hire, construction or related industries is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

If you come from a call centre or customer service background, we strongly encourage you to apply. Skills such as handling high call volumes, managing competing priorities, resolving customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service are highly transferable to this role.
