Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards

• Ensure rooms are presented in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming condition

• Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Report maintenance issues promptly

• Support sustainability and waste minimisation initiatives

• Assist with lost property and periodic deep-cleaning projects

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role involving standing, bending, and lifting throughout your shift

• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
