The Role:

Due to the growth of our business, we are seeking skilled, motivated and proactive Refrigeration Technicians with the ability to perform effectively, both within a team environment and/or autonomously, as required.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Servicing, Maintenance and Repair to a large variety of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned and reactive service, and repairs on Commercial Refrigeration systems

• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective timely solutions and repairs for the customer

• Maintain, and repair Industrial Refrigeration Systems

• To be able to build and to maintain good customer relationships and communications

• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure optimal system performance

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Work safely across all sites

Requirements:

• Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic (Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)

• Refrigerant Handling Licence

• Restricted Electrical Licence

• QBCC - desirable

• White Safety Induction Card

• 2 + years of experience in the Commercial Refrigeration field

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Excellent time and management skills
